OPERATION RAINE DROPS

RAINE

Drops of RAINE, a club operating out of the Hazlet Middle School, will be recognizing our deployed troops by sending them care packages called RAINE DROPS.  The PTO has agreed to organize a drive for the recommended goods to send.  After the completion of these drives, we will be building the RAINE DROPS on Saturday March 30th at Raritan High School Cafeteria from 10am to 1pm.  Drops of RAINE members will be there, but they are recruiting help from outstanding student leaders from 6th through 8th grade from the Hazlet schools.  This is a student based project and they are looking for young leaders to lend a hand in sorting, packing, labeling, as well as writing a personalized letter to a soldier the day of the event.  These 6th to 8th grade students will be led by a select group of high school students from Hazlet and Middletown who are members of NHS, Interact, and Key Clubs in their respective schools.  Our RAINE Board will be there as well to make sure everything goes smoothly.  Below, you will find a link where parents can sign their child up to volunteer, this link can also be found on our website: rainefoundation.com.
