I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Elementary Education and a K-8 certification. In addition, I have a Master's in the Art of Teaching and Learning with a Specialization in Curriculum and Instruction from Nova Southeastern University. I have been teaching in Hazlet for over 20 years. My career began at LDS upon completion of my undergrad degree in 1994. I have taught 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades and currently I am teaching grades 1-4 through our Targeted Reading and Basic Skills programs. I am also the Administrative Aide at Lillian Drive School. As the Administrative Aide, I assist the principal and act on her behalf in her absence. I am also the Case Manager for all active Intervention and Referral Service cases and the Anti-Bullying Specialist at LDS.
I live in Oceanport with my husband and our two daughters. I love the beach, spending time with friends and family and I am extremely active in my free time.
