To Hazlet Residents,

On June 10th, at the monthly meeting of Hazlet's Environmental Commission, Committeewoman Tara Clark recommended that no sports, volunteer, or environmental related school activities take place in Natco Park at this time, as a preventative measure, to prevent exposure to tick-borne diseases.

UNEXCUSED EXCESSIVE TARDINESS POLICY - PLEASE READ - New this year

Four tardies will result in parent contact and 1 after school detention.  An additional detention will be assigned for every 4th late thereafter.  12 or more lates will result in mandatory parent conference. A remedial program will be recommended. 

DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS:  Students are permitted 4 tardies a year due to a doctor appointment as long as it is accompanied by a doctor's note.  After the fourth tardy, all tardies will count toward the unexcused excessive tardiness policy.
