Dear Beers Street Families,
Congratulations to Ms. Alda's homeroom, the PTO Penny Wars fundraiser winners! Today, they celebrated with a pizza party. Thank you parents for your generosity. We smashed our goal of $2000 and raised over $2500. So today, I wore a chicken costume, much to the delight of our students. Once again, thank you for generously supporting our students.
On Wednesday, we kicked off the PTO chocolate fundraiser sale. Please return the permission slip if you would like your child to participate. The fundraiser goes until February 14th.
Online homework help is available in the evening from 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Students may log onto Google Meet using the code homeworkhelp23.
Morning math help is available from 8:00 - 8:20 AM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the STEAM lab.
If you would like your child to attend after-school tutoring, please complete this form and return it to your child's homeroom teacher.
When emailing the school nurse about your child's absence, please send the email to bssattendance@hazlet.org. You may also report absences by calling nurse Pat Raphael at (732) 264-1107, ext. 3003.
