The Spring Dance was a hit! Thank you PTO!
Third marking period report cards are available in the parent portal. If you have issues accessing the parent portal, please contact Mrs. Sansolo in the main office at 732 264-1107, ext. 3001.
Wednesday, May 1st, is the Art Show from 6:00 - 7:00 PM, followed by the PTO meeting.
Thursday, May 2nd, is the Talent Show at 6:00 PM.
Attention 5th Grade Parents: If you are interested in purchasing a yearbook for your child, please click the link here and follow the instructions. The deadline to place your order is May 15th. Reminder: The PTO is graciously purchasing a yearbook for all 6th grade students.
The 6th grade open house at Hazlet Middle School will be on Wednesday, May 8th, from 6:30 to 7:30. This event is for parents and current 6th grade students. You can learn more here.
If you would like your child to attend after-school tutoring, please complete this form and return it to your child's homeroom teacher.
When emailing the school nurse about your child's absence, please send the email to bssattendance@hazlet.org. You may also report absences by calling nurse Pat Raphael at (732) 264-1107, ext. 3003.
