Impact Concussion Baseline Testing
Impact/Concussion Baseline Testing Directions and Information
Student-athletes that require the Baseline Impact Test will be notified by his/her coach.
-Students that have already taken the Impact test while playing sports at Raritan High School will not be required to repeat the test.
-Only one baseline test is required for 4 years of athletics as per our Hazlet township Board of Education Policy.
To take the Baseline Test, go to www.impacttestonline.com/schools
-The test is easiest to complete if you use a mouse
-Type in the validation code for Raritan High School : beab7f5e74
-Click Validate and then Launch Baseline Test
-Type in all information for the athlete
Please begin the test in a quiet setting to allow maximum concentration
- Please allow 30-45 minutes to complete the baseline test
- Follow all the directions and try to do your best
Once completed, please email yourself the results. Results will automatically be sent to the School Athletic Trainer and the School Athletic Physician. These baseline tests are utilized as part of our concussion protocol to safely return to play while under our school Athletic Physician’s care.
